Joy Hutcherson, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, began writing as a little girl. Though her writing stalled for several years, the flame was rekindled in 2021, culminating in her debut Christian children’s book, The Stray Puppy. Joy’s literary style specializes in reimagining the stories and themes of the Bible and relaying them in a way that children can understand. She has been featured in Shoutout Atlanta magazine and has contributed to blog posts on Remnant Media Services and Empowerline.
